Dedicated Time Just For You
1 On 1 Coaching sessions are all 30 minutes in length. We offer various forms on connection with our teachers, service providers, and coaches, but Coaching services are dedicated times just for you to tap into the expertise of your coach and push you past specific blocks or create high impact action plans.

All of our 1 on 1 coaching services are either in person or virtual.
We also offer group coaching for some of our specific program content. This has hen we begin a cohort or group based online course, anyone
The Power Of Community
When you need individual attention and the expertise of a coach directly, 1 on 1 coaching is the way to go. But there is a great deal of benefit from small group coaching as well. We offer group coaching for specific program themes. Often in association with one of our Cohort Based Online Courses, where the entire group learns the material together, group coaching allows you to get the benefit of a coach but also the benefits of working in flow with your peers.

Coaching helps you bridge the gaps in your understanding. Many times a coach will work through an exercise with you to help you unlock the answers you already have. You just need the extra help or the extra motivation and accountability a coach provides.
Coaching fits into all programs and can be seen as the time you spend with an expert to help set up goals. When you have a more intensive coaching plan, your coach helps you stay accountable over shorter timeframes, keeping you on track consistently.
