I hope this post finds all of you healthy and finding some sort of new balance/routine in our changed world. Our first blog post was about relaxing your mind and body and being able to just take a few moments for yourself. This post I want to focus more on releasing negative thoughts and rebuilding those thoughts with positive words that reinforce all our goals throughout this Pandemic.
I am sure if any of you out there are anything like me finding a new normal is not as easy as it seems. I have had talks with other people about why can I not motivate to do the things that when I am working, I always say I don’t have time to do. Like cleaning out closets, reading the stack of interesting books I have, playing more games with my children, going on long walks with my Husband. What I have come to realize is that we need to give ourselves grace during this time and we need to have a way to release negative thoughts, that our bombarding on our minds from media, social media and maybe even our families. If we are able to let go of those negative thoughts and images and replace them with something that builds us up and gives us hope it will also give us energy to get to some of those things we are wanting to do on this pause.
In This Session
This session I am calling Rainbow Release, it is about releasing negative thoughts and rebalancing your mind. Crossing the rainbow to see your beauty and the power of positivity. At each color that we travel through in our Rainbow, we will focus on a center in your body (chakra center) and build each center in a positive light. Removing the negative and replacing with positive. For example, your heart center, I think most of us can relate to this center, we have all had a heart loss or heart break. When we want to protect our hearts from hurt or loss, we will pull our posture forward, rounding our shoulders protecting our hearts, maybe even placing our hands over our hearts. The emotion when we loss someone or something we love we call it heartbreaking and that is the emotion that we feel, hurt, loss, loneliness like our heart will break in two. The heart center is about accepting love and giving love, it is represented by the color green. In this session when we travel to the green part of the rainbow, we will be talking all about compassion, forgiveness and unconditional love. Each rainbow color is a representation of the different center in your body and what emotions that center represents.
When you are done listening to this session you will feel a full body balance, helping you to feel safe, secure, freedom to create your greatest desires, find more personal power, compassion, forgiveness, unconditional love, communicate with warmth and wisdom, the ability to concentrate and to feel more energized. Who doesn’t want all those things in their life!
